Where a payment has clearly been made to us in error then it is our aim to process a refund promptly and within three working days of request in any event.
Payments that are a registration fee for an event, or purchase of a ticket to an event, are non-refundable and specified in the terms and condition for each event.
Refunds will be made to the same credit/debit card used to make the original payment.
