As households across the UK use lockdown to clear out their cupboards, eBay are launching their ‘Big Charity Sell’ campaign – to encourage people to sell their unwanted items and help good causes at the same time
Selling through eBay for Charity is easy and safe. So if you’ve had a clear out and don’t know what to do with your unwanted things, why not sell them on eBay and donate a percentage of your sales to Meningitis Now?
That way, every item you sell can help us support people affected by meningitis during this difficult time.
Step one - Clear out your cupboards, garage or loft to find your unwanted belongings. Make sure you want to sell them and they’re yours to sell!
Step two - List your unwanted things on eBay and make sure you click ‘donate a portion to charity’. Choose Meningitis Now as your chosen charity and select how much of the sale you would like to donate.
Step three - When your item sells, your donation will come directly to Meningitis Now through the PayPal Giving Fund. You’ll receive a donation receipt from eBay to confirm this.
Step four - Feel great knowing that you’ve decluttered your home - and helped Meningitis Now continue to save lives and rebuild futures for people affected by meningitis.
