Lyndon's story

Lyndon is a Young Ambassador for Meningitis Now. He lost his legs, part of his right arm and the tips of the fingers on his other hand when he contracted meningitis and meningococcal septicaemia when eight and a half months old

Avid swimmer

He is determined to participate in anything and is an avid swimmer. His grandfather taught him to swim when he was two years old.

His motto is believe and achieve. Lyndon’s ambition is to represent Great Britain in swimming at the Paralympics in 2016. He wants to make people aware of the support we can offer to families and is keen to help where he can.

Lyndon says; “I am a swimmer and swim most days. My ambition is to represent Great Britain at a Paralympic games in the future so I train very hard, I tell myself BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE.”
