Meningitis is indiscriminate – people of any gender, race, ability and age can contract the disease. Meningitis Now is here for anyone who has experienced meningitis, either first-hand or through a loved one.
Over our thirty-five-year history we have noticed that we hear less from men who have been impacted, and we’d like to know why.
Survey
Our support team have therefore created a survey for anyone who identifies as a man, is 18+ and has experience of meningitis, either directly or indirectly. We want to understand more about the support needs of men affected by meningitis.
It is important that we continue to offer services that are tailored for the people that we support, so that everyone gets what they need from us as a charity.
We are keen to introduce new opportunities for men to get involved in the charity in a way that works for them.
