Amandeep and Arjun fighting back
Twenty-five people from the Leeds area are taking to the mat at the British Military Martial Arts centre in the city in November for a charity martial arts beginners’ class. This year’s Cycle for the Vicar event reached a successful conclusion at the weekend as 14 weary cyclists pulled into Bridgwater Cricket Club in Somerset after a 330-mile ride from the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Lighting the tracks ahead for World Meningitis Day
On Tuesday 1 October, we teamed up with Great Western Railway (GWR) to run a special train service, followed by a gathering at London Paddington attended by Lisa Snowdon, ‘lighting the tracks ahead’ – to a future where nobody in the UK dies of meningitis and all those affected get the support they need to rebuild their lives.

A fantastic Five Valleys Walk
Our flagship sponsored walk took place on Sunday 29 September and saw over 1400 walkers walk through the stunning Cotswold countryside, helping us in the fight against meningitis every step of the way. So far the walkers have raised an incredible £42,000!
